Frequently Asked Questions Banner

Do you print your shirts in house?

For now, I only create the designs. All of the actual shirt sourcing, printing, shipping, handling, and customer service (regarding specific orders) is handled by Amazon and Redbubble. If you have any comments, questions, or concerns regarding the print or material quality of your order, please reach out via email at support@driftmerch.com or through our Contact Us page before leaving a review. While I wish I could control the quality and promptness of every order myself, it simply isn’t in my hands when it comes to business models of Amazon and Redbubble.

What materials are used for the shirts?

After our transition to using Amazon’s and Redbubble’s printing services, you can view the materials used on specific listings in the item’s description. The materials offered on Amazon may differ from those offered on Redbubble, as may pricing and shipping costs. If you’ve ordered a shirt and have any questions, comments, or concerns, you can reach out via email at support@driftmerch.com or through our Contact Us page and I’ll see if there’s anything I can do on my end.

Any plans to ship to my country?

If you find that Amazon or Redbubble don’t ship a product we offer to your country, let us know via email at support@driftmerch.com or through our Contact Us page and we’ll see what we can do.

When will an item be back in stock?

Printing, stocking, and shipping, and returns are all handled through Amazon or Redbubble. All shirts are printed on-demand once the order is placed. That being said, sometimes they do run out of materials or have setbacks during busy periods. If an item you want is out of stock, let us know via email at support@driftmerch.com or through our Contact Us page and we’ll see what we can do. We’ll also post product notices on our social media pages and through our newsletter if need be.

Do you make custom apparel or stickers?

Depending on the requirements, I may take on custom projects. Send me an email at support@driftmerch.com and provide the details of your request. Please note that given the nature of designing and setting up custom shirts and products, the pricing will be substantially higher than those we currently sell in our shop.
